Mine failed as well but I could not trust the replacement parts I found on the web. Depending on what version yours had when it shipped, it’s a gamble. However, I did find these models elsewhere on the web. I did not test them and they were a real horror to print so I took a different approach. The issue is that the new K2 Plus Chutes have captive nuts or threads in the plastic. The original version only had pass-through holes forcing the user to fabricate a solution. I ended up modifying the wiper and kept my same chute.
In the meantime, I’ve attached STLs that I found on the web that were modifications of the original chute. I realize these are not what you may want but it’s worth trying. Good luck.

You can see if your local Creality dealer have that part, or ask Creality directly for new bed assembly, of there a couple printed options.
