Need help fixing X- and Y-axis movement and loud noise

Hi folks
I moved to a new apartment recently and had the printer packed using the original box.
Now moving the head in the X or Y axis does neither look, nor sound very healthy. Take a look:

In the video, I am moving the head using the UI a few times along X and a few times along Y.

Can anyone give me a hint or guide me to a solution? This is my first 3D-printer, so I have yet to learn more about it.

thanks and cheers

With the unit turned off, how hard is it to move the print head. Kind of sounds like the gear trying to turn the belt but can’t.

With the unit turned off, it does take some force, but not much. But it is impossible to move either just along X or just along Y. It only moves diagonally and it appears that the upper belt in the back is stuck.

I found the culprit. I accidentally put a screw that was too long. I didn’t feel any resistance, so I did not give it much thought.

Hi, just wondering which screw? Have the exact same issue and can’t seem to find which one is the problem

Found it - external bolt previously used for holding the filament sunout sensor and mount. Removed it when installing the CFS, and replaced it without thinking of the extra width the mount had provided. Runs smooth, have done a number if prints without issue since.
