Hello I am Alan and a newby 3D printer user. I bought a used Ender 3 Pro but cant get it to work. I noticed there is a connector and wireset next to the hotend that isn’t hooked to anything. It looks like its for a BL Touch device but I don’t know anything about this printer or that device. I know I can just remove the wire but is there a way to remove that feature and go back to the default firmware and such? When I try to test print nothing much happens. The printer head and build plate heat up but it stops before printing. I tried to home it and the hotend moves around then ends up in the middle of the build plate. It does not move down to where it should be to print. Thanks for any help

That connector is for a BLTouch or CRTouch bed leveler. It would be easier to obtain a BLTouch than trying to find the right firmware for an older Ender 3
