I’m having issues with my Creality Ender 3 V2 Neo 3D printer. During a trial print, the filament stopped halfway, but the printer continued to run. I’m using a new 1kg Comgrow PLA filament. I don’t think it’s a feeding problem because I can’t remove the filament myself. The nozzle is hot, but I can’t confirm if it reached the set 205°C while trying to remove the filament. The filament just did not move out when I released the clamp and tried to pull it.
Any advice on what’s causing this and how to fix it?
