Need help with firmware update please

I’m running into a little problem and I’m hoping someone can point me in the right direction. I have an Ender 3 which was a 4.2.2 motherboard, but I upgraded it to a 4.2.7 board, and I put a cr touch on the machine. My problem is when I go to upgrade the firmware the machine isn’t doing anything I have formatted the sd card to fat32 I’m pretty sure I’m picking the right .bin file out on creality’s site. I saw something about having to screw with the .bin files file name but wanted to ask first before i did anything. Thanks in advance for any help. I almost forgot to put this in but the machine knows ther sd card is in it when i put it in and out it says it on the screen.

Well no real help here but i figured it out,
Well, I guess it wasn’t hardware like I thought it was micro-Sd card problems apparently the 4.2.7 board is very finicky on what it wants to eat thank God I thought of doing what I did. The Samsung 128 was an old phone micro-SD it didn’t work so the only other one I thought I had was that SanDisk 2 gig it didn’t work either. I even reformatted it to fat not fat32 didn’t work either. So, I was sitting here wracking my brains out over this and I just remembered I had the micro-SD card that came with my ender 3 which is that blue Netac 8gig card I copied the files off of it and onto the hard drive of my computer and copied the firmware file to the card. I then put it in the 4.2.7 and it firkin worked after all that time of pulling my hair out.
