New Ender-3 with wrong software/firmward

I recently got an Ender-3 printer from an eBay seller. (Open Box) The software/hardware doesn’t seem to match with this model. Can I reinstall the software and if so what version should I use. I have a link to the Marlin Firmware Service. I’ll include pictures of the labels so maybe someone can guide me. Thanks

Why do you think that’s incorrect both say ender 3?

You can download the latest stock firmware from Creality if you want. Or there are a few places that do builds on FB Nic’s printer firmware and 3dp rescue are good builds for v1
