Got it in the middle of the Print lights went off but Printer still on , turned off and on Continued print…
Mine has done that in the past and it turned out to be the hot end temp wasn’t keeping the correct temp.
Watch your temp graph during a print. It should be a straight line (or close to it) at the temp you have set. I noticed it’s showing 195°C.
What are you printing with a bed temp of 70°C ?
Hyper PETG is the Default setting in the Creality 5.1 slicer
Bought a few rolls to try as on the Ender 3 Pro all I used were PLA
Now that I have the K1C Slowly trying out different filaments.
And Yes Waiting for new Hot end from Creality.

Got new Hot End and a Larger Heat Sink?
Wasn’t sure if I was to replace it but I did.
Hot end Temp no longer jagged like before …

Seems Stable but I bet after post something will go wrong … lol

Check your cable connectors behind the nozzle to be sure they are inserted all the way in…
