New In Box - Automatic Z Offset Power Cycling

Good Afternoon All,

I am trying to set up a new Ender -3 V3 KE. Assembly was a piece of cake. Powered on as instructed. The unit is trying to do it’s first “Automatic Z Offset” but it keeps power cycling mid-way and won’t complete the process. I’ve checked all cables and connections. I don’t know what else to attempt. New to 3D printing, so my technical talk is limited.

Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

Check the PSU voltage is correct for your country. The default is 230V but you might be in a 115V country, there is a little switch on the PSU.
