Hello @Chrissch …!
Welcome to the Creality Forum…!
Could you tell us the filament type, slicer and temps…?
Did the model come off the build plate…?
How do you clean the plate…? ISO…?
If PLA are you printing with the cover off…?
Thank you for the answer
Filament type Creality Hyper Series Hyper PLA
Slicer Creality Print
Temps 220 hotend 55 bed
Did the model come off the build plate…? No
How do you clean the plate…? ISO…? No
If PLA are you printing with the cover off Yes
The first layer is top
I think it would be helpful to see a pic of what your first layer looks like on the build plate… Maybe start printing a 50 x 50 cube so we can see how that first layer starts…
Wash the build plate in dishsoap and water. Towel it dry all over then put it back on the bed an wipe the build surface with isopropylalcohol, should be as good as new.

The first layer is top the project is fixed on the build plate
the problem starts after a while and the whole thing pulls threads and the material is no longer connected
The first 2 prints were great and then on the 3rd print it started to pull threads and the material on the walls is no longer connected
I’m kind of wondering what changed…??
Your first prints looked great and then the next one is all messed up…
that’s my problem from now on out of nowhere
Nozzle or Extruder causes problems?
When you print the next model watch the temperature graph for the nozzle on the device details page to see if is a steady line set at 220°C or where you set it at.
If it wavers too much then it could cause problems.
Just one of the checks to you need to do on a new machine along with calibrations.
I solved the problem I hope forever
Heating block nozzle and extruder replaced benchy looks good again and is currently printing something larger
Thank you for your answers
Glad to see it’s working again…!

I am a little disappointed with Creality Support. I have now solved the problem myself and also paid a little money. For a printer for 779 euros I can expect very good support
I still have a K1C, I hope it continues to run like this. I don’t think there will be another creality printer
A common theme across many forums, they are a little difficult to contact but I have always got a reply, but in the meantime I had already fixed it. Same level of service if you buy a V3SE for £150 or £800 for a K1. Other Chinese printer manufacturers are similar a few exceptions perhaps.
Well, started with an Anet a8 kit, lots of complaints, all solved by myself, still running then Sovol sv01 is still running now Creality K1C and K1Max and 2 Sovol SV08 both print super well out of the box with a few small settings
K1C no problems so far, hope it stays that way K1Max well not so good so far
