Just received my K2 about a week ago and it is awesome. Takes some learning coming from an Ender 3 V2 but so much faster and well done.
Had my first snag and was not sure of what to look for with the error since I cannot find it online anywhere. CM2788.
I could not find any issues and cleared the error, then had a cut off error. Tried again and it worked. Did a full calibration and everything checked out okay. This happened about 4 hours in 50% of a decent sized print. I am on the latest firmware. Do a test print this morning to see if everything is functioning but just curious if anyone knows what a CM2788 is and how to check for what caused it since I cannot find it on the Creality site.

I am also getting this error andy extruder just stops outputting from an external spool. It also started happening after updating to the latest firmware. The system says it’s an estep servo error, and there’s nothing online I can find a side from this post. Hopefully creality can address it soon, my printer won’t even get past the first layer of the same gcode it ran on the previous firmware 100%
I’ve printed a couple other things today and it’s worked perfect. I’ve not tried the one it failed on again yet.
It was the biggest print I tried so far and failed. Intimidated to try it again.
I need to find out how to send a message to creality on what’s app. Maybe they will give us an answer.
I am glad it still works but being in IT hate an error message. I feel I need to fix it.
I have had the same issue. Creality is sending a new motor as it would’nt
feed at all last night. Seems like after it sits awhile it will work for a little while.This morning I printed a 50 minute print and it completed. but the next print failed after a few layers. reset and tried a benchy off the supplied files and it printed about 35 % and failed and the print looked very poor. Then it wouldn’t feed at all.
