Have you tried to use it on different computers…?
What do you mean not available… ?
Also try the Creality FB users group as someone there might have the same issue.
Is it the USB stick that is broken or the USB socket on the printer? If it is just the stick then get another stick. If it is the socket then you need either a new mobo or printer.
