Ok, just trying to post to this forum is difficult. Your company is in dire need of HMI or basically “Understanding of how people interact with software.” I love your mechanical product. It is awesome. Your software sucks! Why would you do this? I wanted to give this new printer to my 12 year old nephew, but I had so many problems making it work that I am going to spend the extra money for a different brand, only because your software engineers completely screwed up the Orca Slicer software. What were you thinking? Your hardware is good, but your implantation is really bad. I don’t want to get into details, but if you want compete with Bamboo or SnapMaker you seriously need to reevaluate your strategy (don’t change how the mouse movements work, and don’t put menus on the opposite side of the screen, don’t change how files are stored… these are the most basic rules in software development). What is wrong with you guys? You have a great piece of hardware with a horrible piece of software that crashes and does not feel natural. The standard has been set a long time ago and changing the functions of the mouse or where the menus are on the screen is only going to hurt your bottom line. In addition, when downloading a .3MF it shouldn’t change the printer in the file. It took me a lot of time to realize that the G-code was trying to execute a file on my printer that was a completely different printer. All I did was download a print profile from your site. A beginner isn’t going to understand any of this and will revert to buying a different product.
i actually use the CrealityPrint software bcoz of where the menu is located, at work the controls for the robot-arm which does some fancy work stacking our products do have similar layout as CrealityPrint , so for me its perfect 
if your 12y old want o learn something in life - then the hard way is the best way, solving problems will make the kid think for himself instead of being helpless when a problem occurs
I bet the kid knows how to use google and how to search for solution of a problem on the forum.
You could also report the problems you have with the printer, and maybe these will get fixed with coming updates.
Hello, please contact Creality technical support and suggest your menu layout model in the Creality Print slicer. Draw the menu window layout and how you see it, and offer an explanation for why.
Explain the reasons for any inconvenience during use, provide a detailed description, and suggest convenient ergonomics. I’m sure if you can explain a more convenient and better solution to the engineers, they’ll definitely listen and improve their product.
