The z-axis is abnormal.
Getting this error -[TE2761]
And this error - [CZ2581]
Both errors about the Z-axis problem.
I have several hundred prints to complete for my students and now we all come to class and only see a broken machine.

Hi, have you printed before with this printer, or you had problems right from the first time you turned it on?
Is it a K2, K2 Pro , or K2 Plus?
Have you turned the belt on the bottom of the printer by hand, to force the bed to go all the way up and down again?
It has to be done with the printer off , and this way you can check if there’s something blocking the course or if the belt is too tight or too loose.
The Creality K2 series error TE2761 indicates a problem with the extruder’s leveling sensor (strain gauge), usually a connection issue or sensor failure, often pointing to a loose or damaged hotend cable harness, or a faulty sensor/board, requiring checking connections, re-plugging cables.
The Creality K2 series error CZ2581 signals a Z-axis homing abnormality, meaning the printer can’t correctly detect the bed’s position, often due to sensor issues, wiring problems (especially hotbed), or physical obstructions near the Z-axis/bed. To fix it, first try a power cycle, then check/reseat all hotbed/Z-axis connections and clear debris; the sensor is optical and is located under the printer, check if the connection with the printer is not faulty; if it persists, the Z-axis sensor might need replacing
Hope I’ve helped you.
Merry Christmas
Luckily, I got an entirely new machine. The seller came to deliver a new machine the same day. Great customer service here in Bangkok.
This one is printing fine? Merry Christmas
