New printer will not print, need answer soon or I will return it

I received my printer yesterday. Assembling it was easy enough. However, when I try to print a project, I hit “continue” and the system immediately reboots. If I try to preheat the system reboots as well.
It will go through the leveling process, however.
I left a message yesterday and still have not received an answer. I cannot find a troubleshooting guide anywhere on your site.
I tried to do a chat with a human but “No human online” is the message. When is there a human available to chat?
Frustrating.
If I don’t get an answer soon, I will be returning the printer.

Have you checked the voltage is correct on the power supply? They default at 230V but you may be in a 115V country. The printer will run checks etc up until you need heat wherein it will reboot.

Thank you for the response.
I thought about that, but no where in the instructions does it say what I should be set to. It’s 230, I’m in the US.

I changed the setting and it seems to be working–at least when I preheat it doesn’t reboot.

Thanks again.

hello! so, I’m having the same exact issue. I switched it over, and now it stops resetting every time I try and preheat it…and the pad will start heating up, but on the screen the nozzle is at -14 degrees… and when I start to try and preheat the pad starts heating up but the nozzle will not, and after about 15 seconds or so, it starts beeping loudly and says extruder temperature too low, and I have to turn it off…

After I put the switch to 115, its been working fine.
-14 degrees? Something is wrong with that. LOL. I wish I could help with that. Can you adjust the temperature setting? Go to the “Control” area, “Temperature” and adjust the nozzle temperature?? That is the only thing I know to do.

pinched thermistor wire or even a broken thermistor. Loosen the location screw a little or replace the thermistor.
