Greetings,
My spouse recently purchased a “Falcon Pro 10W” engraver to help with her crafting. I was tasked with assembling/testing and connecting the engraver to LightBurn.
All seems to have went well. But I have noticed two issues:
A) The button on the front of the control box does not light at all, just stays dark. Seems like a hardware issue to me. Wrong conclusion?
B) I must not be understanding Creality’s version numbering system. Checking to make sure that the engraver’s firmware is up to date, when LightBurn is launched, the console output is:
CV30-Pro-MASTER-Release V1.0.0 20230921-0947
The latest firmware on Creality’s website for non-Falcon2 models appears to be:
CV-30-V3_0_24_20221012_Release.bin
or
CV-01-Pro_V3.0.16_202112311706.bin
The version numbers on the website are higher, but the release dates don’t appear to align with them.
I’ve got to be mis-understanding their sequence.
Can anyone provide any clarity?
Thanks in advance.
Jeff
