No Delete Option on Ender 3 V3 KE

Hello,

I have two Ender 3 V3 KE’s I have the camara to make view the prints and it also makes a timelapse. However now the space is filling up and when I go to video and select one the only option I have is to export to the USB. I have seen vides of where there is a delete and export option.

How do I get the delete option to show up? I don’t have the option on either printer.

The quick way is to access the printer via the web interface.

When I go to the printer via the web interface I am able to delete the gecodes and the print history of what it printed but not the video timelapse. Is there a way to get it to show up on the printer to delete them or on the web interface to delete them?

I found the issue. I had a firmware update on both. Once updated I now have the option to delete the timelapse videos.
