I have everything connected properly on my new Falcon 2 12Watt engraver, the power supply has a green LED lit, but I get no indictor lights like the unit is not getting power? The power switch is on and the key is in the ON position, but no indicator light?
I fixed the issue. The small 2 pin connectors that go from the key switch to the control panel were not seated properly, once they were pushed in it fires up!!
