New Ferret SE with FW 1.2.6. I’m using a Mac and there are no lights on when using USB and the supplied power cord. The Mac recognizes it at the hardware level, but it won’t connect in the scan app.

It has no lights that could be on. Only when scanning some IR light that you can only see with a camera because it is not in the visible spectrum.
So Creality Scan 4 does simply not recognize it?
It works on my PC, and the Mac recognizes the hardware, but CS4 does not connect.
You are using no additional hubs or other cables with the Mac?
I’ve asked, please try the following:
our tech ask the customers to
(1)restart the computer and reinstall the Crealityscan software. When installing it, it may ask for permission, please allow all the permission.
(2) restart the RPC service.
