Brand new to this engraver. All is connected but I don’t have power to my laser and no laser lights. I have a creality falcon a1. What am I doning wrong? what did I miss in set up?
Did you make sure the emergency stop button is not pressed in (twist it to unlock) and that the safety key is in the on position?

Thank you. Yes I have. Downloaded firmware and it finally engraved. Camera was not calibrated yet. But today, laser still doesn’t want to move; I’m calibrating the camera and no movement for the framing. Any other thoughts?
Is the lid and the front cover closed?
So it does not frame with any design? Have you tried in Falcon Design Space? The laser connects normally?
