I just received a new K1Se. I’ve made sure it was switched to 115V and the machine is not getting any power. I’ve tried different wall plugs and still nothing. Has anyone else had this issue and /or any suggestion to “fix” this? Really frustrating. My apologies in advance if this is a topic that has been added already. I could not find it when searching.
