No Wi-Fi configuration option

Hello. We just bought a new Ender 3 – V3 Plus to our school. During the configuration process, there is no option to set up a Wi-Fi connection. But, watching a video on YouTube about unboxing and configuring a same printer, it shows the Wi-Fi tab option. The video is from the Creality channel.

In the “about” option in the configuration menu, shows a MAC address also. So, shouldn’t be a Wi-Fi card or configuration enabled?

According to their support page, I am on the latest firmware version (that is: 1.2.3.90)

Could be a hardware issue or another firmware could resolve this?

Thanks for any support.

Hello @TICSC …!

Welcome to the Creality Forum…! Creality

Yes that’s messed up. There should be a tab labeled “Network” up there.
Are you able to maybe see the printer in Creality Print ? (You never know)

Try the “Reset to default”
