Hi, new here, I had to reload Design Space onto my Mac computer, however when I open up the software and attempt to connect my engraver I get the add device screen, and asks me to scan the QR code on the engraving machine’s interactive screen, I don’t have a screen on my A1. I can’t recall how I originally connected my computer. I do have a USB cable running from the computer to the Falcon A1, Any suggestions?
