I have a brand new Creality hi printer that will not extrude, the cfs feeds in fine but then it won’t print anything, it acts like it is then fails with an error that says it seems to be printing but not extruding. I took it apart and there not anything in the extruder and it moves freely but the spring is pretty tight. could it be too tight?
