Not response, please restart the software

Yesterday I received my Creality CR-Scan Otter and immediately installed the CrealityScan software, but when I run it, it gives me the message “No response please restart the software.” It gives me the options “Upload Log” or “Yes” and in both cases the program closes.

I can’t get past those options. Do you know how to fix this?

im having the same exact problem … it asks to uninstall a windows update but i dont have that update listed in my windows update uninstall area …

Do you have your Windows in Spanish or English? I have it in Spanish.
