Nozzle connection abnormal (BM0111)

Started getting this error yesterday. Followed the wiki and reseated the pins as suggested. No difference.

Sometimes when I turn it on I dont get it - but if I then try and print anything or run calibration I get error XS2060.

Theres no useful info on the latter error - and the info on the nozzle one doesnt help. Its only 5 months old so have contacted support but gotten tumbleweed. I looked in the Creality store and there is no sign of the board mentioned in the wiki (which is a little worrying in itself - all spares should be available !).

Same problem :frowning:. My printer is just 1 week old and i printed 3 small prints.

No reply from creality c.s.

i have a 2,5 month old k1c, with bm0111 code now.

send lot of mail to creality……try this, do that…..but still now solution.

i think my selft the mainboard is killed.

still waiting for solution again

also complained about the noise, print in 45 degrees was there answer.
