Hi,
Just got a K1 Max, unboxed, went through setup and everything looking good. Until I tried to print the preinstalled benchy or any file!
Problem is the nozzle height to the bed, for some reason its 10-15mm above the bed when printing. When running through the calibration it touches the bed so I know it has the range of motion.
I now its some Z offset causing this but I cant adjust it on the menu because the distance is too large. Could possibly adjust it in a slicer but I want to know why it doesn’t work out of the box.
Couldn’t find any other topics covering this, so any ideas people?
