Hi. This is driving me crazy. I’ve had two PEI plates ruined with gouging by the nozzle, not to mention the damaged nozzles as well.
When my k1 Max, (purchased in Nov 2024 from the Creality Australia Wbsite), does the bedmesh, it is all fine until the nozzle reaches the right hand side of the bed (my right when facing the printer) in all other places, the bed raises, touches the nozzle and ddoes it thing. But lately it has been hanging the nozzle PAST the edge of the build plate, then raising the bed until the tip of the nozzle is now below the height of the plate (missing it altogether) then at some point it drags back through the plate, damaging it. Why is my toolhead not able to findd the boundaries of the plate and going past it. Can the bed have shifted? If soe can i manually shift it back? If not, how can I tell the firmware where the edge is and NOT TO GO PAST IT? This started a couple of months ago and I’ve had enough. I’ve tried factory resets, and rolling back the updates but it’s still doing it. HELP PLEASE!
