When I start a print and it starts the auto bed leveling the nozzle scrapes my bed plate really bad and faults out. I can print something just fine then the next print this happens. I’ve had this printer for 3 months and this is the first time it’s happened.
Did you check your home position and Z axis offset for the idle position?
Its worth checking whether everything (all the screws) are tight. Check all the screws, and check also to make sure the nozzle itself is tight - if its loose and lower than normal, that could be the issue
