When I start a print and it starts the auto bed leveling the nozzle scrapes my bed plate really bad and faults out. I can print something just fine then the next print this happens. I’ve had this printer for 3 months and this is the first time it’s happened.
Did you check your home position and Z axis offset for the idle position?
Its worth checking whether everything (all the screws) are tight. Check all the screws, and check also to make sure the nozzle itself is tight - if its loose and lower than normal, that could be the issue
Did youd find a solution or root cause? My K2 started exactly the same today right between two print jobs. Additionally it shows me that there is Error T2761 (something with sensor data).
Horrible … if i start a calibration (as the support-bot told me) the bed raises towards the nozzle, touches it, stops for a bit of a second and then tries to push even further upwards.
