I tried printing some carbon fiber, and it jammed the nozzle. Had to replace the whole nozzle assembly. Took a couple of hours to get the filament out of all the nooks and crannies. After replacing the entire nozzle assembly, as soon as I turn on the printer, the temp is reading 228 and doesn’t change.

Firstly, check that the temperature sensor is plugged in correctly; if yes, it may have been cracked when assembling things.
If so, it will need replacing (they are fragile).
What what filament preset where you using for the carbon fiber and at what temperature ?
