Object detaches from supports about 2 mm from the platform on Halot Mage Pro

Hey there.

I have been using the Halot Mage Pro for about three months now and sometimes the prints turn out really great and other times some items detach from the platform or print the first few layers and detach then. I re-calibrated the platform as recommended, used fine sand paper to create more mechanical retention (which works great, btw!) and I adjusted the thickness settings for the support. It still is a hit and miss. Thoughts?

What colour are you printing? I get about 50% success rates too, different make of printer mind Anycubic M5s Pro, been printing black but it appears to be more difficult than grey. I’ve tried roughing up the build plate, some success. Have seen magnetic build plates like on an FDM machine, I might give one of those a go sometime.
