It could have easily been an auto calibration issue that resolved it. I won’t worry about it. To keep my sanity, i deal with issues when they arise. Hope for the best and keep my sanity.

When I first use a new filament type/brand, I run it through the full suite of calibration tests built into the slicer, starting with the temperature tower, adjusting the settings to the best indicated by the test, then moving down through the list doing the same with each calibration. If you don’t do this, you are really just rolling the dice on whether the current settings are going to work.
Yes! The software defaults to smooth plate, but it comes with a textured plate. Leaving it set to smooth plate (even though a textured plate is installed) reportedly has helped some people. I cannot attest to this yet, but it may be worth a try.
