I have owned my K1 Max since January of this year. I recently moved in early august and during the move my father in law bumped the screen and disconnected it from the motherboard. In the process of reconnecting the motherboard was broken. I replaced the motherboard and it passed the self check step. I then went to do a test print (the cube) and it worked fine. I than ran a print I had created and the first layer was fine but once it started moving fast I heard clicking and extrusion was horrible. I opened it up and replaced the gears with new metal gear and cleaned everything and it still would fail right after laying down the first layer fine. I than replaced the nozzle and again same issue. Any ideas what is going on? How can it succeed at a test print cube and a first layer for one of my prints and than the extrusion goes insane?
