Opinions Wanted about pictured "issue"

I’ll start by saying I think I know the problem(s) but I don’t necessarily know how to mitigate them and accomplish my goal:

This image is of a prototype so I’m not concerned about the actual layer/surface quality of the object itself at this stage HOWEVER In the image you will see that the rectangle surrounding the actual object is failing towards the outer edged, and in one spot the curvature of the object. There is also what looks like warping at the bottom (not a big concern).

The details are:

V3 KE
(Anycubic) PLA / bed 55° / nozzle 220° / layer height .20mm / speed 300-inner 200-outer

I have 2 walls on the main object however the surrounding rectangle (y) thickness is 0.2 which is where the issue is. That thickness is fairly critical to the success of my intended use.

I have a few suspicions:

  1. walls too thin
  2. printing too fast
  3. cooling too quick on the outer edges

The part where it is failing the most is the back of the bed (Y).

My goal is to get this to print as quick as possible and eventually have the main object as smooth as possible (not as critical). I don’t need the rectangle to be pretty I just need it to adhere and be solid without any holes.

All other prints I make of various objects come out very acceptable and if I print the actual object alone it comes out near “perfect” (without supports too).

Thoughts are much appreciated.
Thank you
