Hi there just wondering if anyone ordered from them before off ebay or even their site, i ordered a set with the a1 pro, rotary machine and the desktop smoke filter machine as a bundle they had on sale.
Got the tracking number via ebay it came but only machine and not the other 2 items or the 2w ir module that was mentioned
They have yet to reply
Does anyone know if these will come separately as driver said no other boxes on van plus it was only 1 tracking number for the whole.order
I ordered during the launch promo for the Falcon A1 Pro, and as part of that they had special milestone extras - unlocking the air assist at the first stage, and then the materials pack and extra 365 day warranty extension at stage two. I didn’t see the third milestone unlocked, which was a honeycomb tray.
At the time I ordered the A1 Pro with the 2W laser bundle. The main unit (including air assist) arrived within a week.
The 2W laser has only recently arrived with me, their customer service team informed me it was due to a stock issue.
I haven’t received any notification about the stage 2 milestone with the material packs and extended warranties, so I’ll ask customer service to find out more.
There were also several material packs that I purchased at the same time as the laser engraver. Although these were all listed as in stock, they sporadically arrived over the course of 4 weeks.
Guess what I’ve shared here is not much help other than to help manage expectations. I’d say it’s worth contacting their customer service team to inquire, they seem responsive and helpful.

Maybe they thought i ordered just machine by itself
