Hi,
I just received my Otter Lite, my system recognizes the scanner as camera, the privacy setting is on and desktop apps have access.
I can connect the scanner by WIFI, I have updated the scanner and the grip to the latest firmware by WIFI, but it requires calibration and therefore the USB connection is needed…
The scanner is conected through the USB-C connectors on the back of the mainboard.
I am running a system with the follwing config:
