I’ve recently started experiencing a new problem with my device: when I start scanning using “preview” on both my laptop and desktop PC, the screen freezes for 10 to 15 seconds. I’ve also noticed a drop in scanning performance, even just when reading the markers. I think the manual IR settings on the screen should have more visual guidance so that the “sweet spot” can be more easily discovered and scanning can be easier.
Is there anything else slowing down your PC? Is the SSD very full or something? Check task manager.
On slower PCs there can be a short delay before the scan starts, but if it occurred suddenly I guess something changed.
Thanks for answer, pc side is good i think, plenty of free space and 24 core cpu on table. I have same freezing on laptop too, it has good specs and free storage too. That issue started since last month i believe.
