short story, new otter lite, auto updated firmware over wifi, set wifi password as request, then is reset and is no longer turning on via the WIFI mode.

open the box, connect the handle the otter lite, blue light was flashing, followed the instructions for mobile connectivity.
downloaded app, scanned QR, connected the light bridge network.
app automatically requested firmware update to 1.2.4, approved, device reset, repeat same request for firmware update.
third time connect it popup for asking for a wifi password due to new standards. enter in simple password, otter turns off and no longer able to connect again.
at this point, followed the trouble shoot step of power cycling by leaving the otter disconnect from the bridge and all other sources of power for over 10min, if the instruction given was correct.
proceed with a wired connection to the Laptop works perfectly fine, could see the updated firmware, calibrate and use as normal in the wire configuration.
tired again bridge/wifi mode again 16hours later, still not working.
what other troubleshoot steps can i do to fix the WIFI mode?
