Our amazing Brand Friends, Charisse Laverdiere and Gary Brennand, visited HQ and had an inspiring chat with our CEO, Adam Ao. Hearing how Creality has positively impacted their lives and changed their perspectives was truly touching. We’re beyond grateful to have them in our community.

The staff at Creality were amazingly welcoming, they would be a credit to any company. Mr Ao was lovely and very interested in hearing what we had to say. The whole experience was way above my expectations . The factory tours we went on really gave us an insight into how much care is taken to make sure your printer arrives in great working Condition…thanks for everything

This was an absolute honor beyond what I ever imagined. I ask myself where do I begin? So here you go. Having the opportunity to sit down with Mr. Ao was an honor. He asked questions and truly was interested in our feedback. His number one priority is making sure Creality users are getting the best. We are his number one priority. What company does this? Never in my life time have I felt to invested in a company that truly is invested in we the users. And that is why Mr. Ao is championing this amazing company. Mr. Ao, I thank you for your incredible hospitality and your ongoing support, dedication, and number one 3D company in the industry. I look forward to the future with you. Also I would like to add, the staff. Wow! Everyone has their own role within Creality and they do their jobs to the absolute highest standards. They all took great care of myself and Gary with no hesitation and always with a smile and great enthusiasm. My trip was planned out and we did so many amazing things and trips to the factory’s from Headquarters to Wuhan. Leaving to head home was hard. And I can’t wait to return. Until we meet again.
