Yesterday I was printing a shade for a lamp project and I see the surface is not smooth, is this over extrusion ?
layer height : 0.2
Temperature : 210 degrees
Material : PLA+
Print speed : 75mm/s

This could be a few things actually. 210 seems a bit low for pla+ did you run a temp tower?
Also you might use variable layer height which can help with the stair stepping affect caused by the curvature.
