Hi, I have a CR10S Pro v1 that’s not working properly. The extruder stops 20mm above the bed. I’ve replaced the filament sensor, but that didn’t help. I’ve reset the settings to factory defaults using Pronterface, but that didn’t help either. What should I do? Thanks.
Hi, so I replaced the spacer module (the board at the top near the extruder motor), and things are looking better—the Z-axis is moving down like before—but I still have a 0.40 mm gap between the nozzle and the bed. I’ve tried adjusting the gap between the nozzle and the bed to 0.20 mm while it’s hot and calibrating all four corners, but it still feels like there’s a 0.40 mm gap, and I can’t get it any lower. I ran a 502 (factory settings) with PRONTERFACE, but nothing works; I’m out of ideas.
