Part Needed for Extruder - The Tiny Circuit Board for Part #4001020080

I disassembled the extruder gear to unstick a pretty impressive clog. The filament actually made a “µ” shape.

Anyway, when I went to unplug the tiny wire from the tiny little circuit board attached to the extruder gear casing, the whole socket pulled off, not just plug pulling out of the socket. Like a fool, when I was cleaning off my table, I accidentally threw out the circuit board with it.

It’s that circuit board that I’m guessing is the signal wires to the gear motor. It’s no more than about 15 - 20 mm long and about 8 - 10 mm wide.

Does anybody know a source for just the circuit board?

You can try to find the circuit but will be more quickly and cheap to buy the full extruder, in amazon you can find them a fair price.

I recently buy one for having it as spare and costed me 16.14 shipping included

https://www.amazon.com/Creality-Original-Extruder-Printer-Dual-Gear/dp/B0F6N2BRQ2?th=1

The board will cost you between 8 and 12 USD !!!

I think that little circuit board is the filament break sensor. Readily available for K1 and K2 on Amazon. Don’t know if they’re compatable but I haven’t seen one listed for the Hi.

Esta não serve para a Creality HI. Serve?

Yes, on the URL there are extruders for several printers, choose the one you need.

Thanks for the link to the extruder, I only found more expensive ones. My issue is that I’m currently in Fiji, and the shipping costs are very high; so was wanting something that could fit in an envelope.
