I decided to go back to firmware V1.2.3.8 for my Ender3 V3 Plus to try and solve a print problem. I just upgraded again to V1.2.3.23 and got this error after performing the self check.
I powered off and on again and now the self check is OK. Sorry but this is not not much help to you.
