persistent safety fault with my Creality Falcon 2 Pro laser engraver

I am experiencing a persistent safety fault with my Creality Falcon 2 Pro laser engraver.

Symptoms:

The machine powers on normally

It starts continuous, identical beeping

The reset button does not respond

The machine cannot be used

Checks already performed:

Enclosure (lid) safety sensor tested and confirmed working

Emergency stop fully tested (pressed, released, rotated)

Laser module removed and reinstalled

Machine tested without USB connection or software

Full power reset performed (unplugged from mains for several minutes)

Machine fully cooled down, lens cleaned

The beeping remains identical and continuous, regardless of the enclosure position, emergency stop state, or laser module presence.

Based on this behavior, it appears to be a permanent safety fault at controller or interlock level rather than a user-adjustable issue.

Please advise on the next steps for diagnosis, repair, or RMA.

Email cs@creality.com - I got good responses from them there.
