Pity there's no ethernet port - a.k.a. why does my Hi keep dropping off the network?

Hi

Had my Creality Hi for a couple of months - only thing I can fault it with is that there’s no ethernet port… (rj45)

I’m not sure why, but the printer keeps dropping off the network - ok I’ve got a number of other devices on my network, but my Raspberry PI/octaprint which fronts my max Neo doesn’t drop off.. so I’m not sure why my Hi does…

Anyone any thoughts? (they’re both on the same bench in my garage so same distance from the router, both inside similar cabinets)

Thanks

Carl.

Possible clash of address with other device. In Creality print if you go to device tab and then hit Home you will see the printers address if it is communicating. Sometimes address change due to DHCP auto addressing and you may have to massage it.
