PLA-F printing

Hello there, I just but some filament spools on amazon to restock the ones low on my batch. looking for deals I found some very know brand at 11 and 9 USD so no brain. but I needed a yellow one and no know brand could found, the only one on a reasonable price I could find was a no brand at all.

When arrived I realized I didn’t read the post correctly and the filament is PLA-F as far I had investigated is a PLA filament with 15% ABS making it less brittle and more resistant than normal PLA. BUT, the printing temps are different for PLA.

Does anybody had used this type of filament and can provide noob user instructions on how to setup the slicer and the printer to use this filament?

Thanks a lot fellow crealities.

Update, I was about to put the packaging on recycle and found a small piece of paper inside the box of filament with this text:

Product Introduction

Product Name: PLA-F
Printing Characteristics: It has good toughness, resistance to aging, easy printing, and light density. One kilogram of PLAF is 380 meters long.`The same printed model is lighter than ordinary PLA;

Product Introduction: This material improves the material properties of pure PLA, which is brittle, easy to get wet, and easy to degrade. The disadvantage is that because it contains 15% ABS, there is a slight smell during the printing process;

General printing attention parameters.

  1. Bambu A1P1X1 model users choose the Generic PLA material parameter by default, only change the temperature of the hot bed to 60, the bamboo extension parameter can be defaulted, and fine-tuned according to the effect;
  2. It is not recommended to seal the box for printing, because the sealing fora long time will increase the temperature of the extruder part and cause the plug;
  3. It is highly recommended to take the impression after printing and so on completely cooled, pay attention to safety when using the shovel, it is recommended to drip alcohol to
    the bottom of the model when it is difficult to take the mold, or reduce the temperature of the hot bed for the next printing;
  4. If there are broken skin holes in the first layer of the model, it is recommended to increase the number of filling or capping layers, and it is recommended to increase the number of fan cooling or support for the suspension difference, and the number of wall thickness circles can
    be appropriately increased according to the hardness requirements.
    PS: The above is a printing suggestion, and it is recommended to use it for the first time to hit a test block or boat.

English is not my native language and for my life I can not understand the text, some charitable soul, can enlighten me about the content of the previous text?

Pode usar sem problemas com configurações padrões genéricas para PLA. É um otimo filamento, o problema e apenas o leve odor devido a mistura com ABS.

no need to use higher temps?

Não! Ele imprime muito bem entre 210 a 230 como PLA comum.

Thanks, will try this weekend after make a full maintenance to my Creality Hi, yesterday she made the 800 hours of printing.

Atenção porque não é compativel com PLA normal.

In which sense is not “comparative“? And what I have to take in account?

se imprimires junto com pla normal há possibilidade das camadas não aderirem

ah! good point the 15% of ABS can have trouble on different layers adhesion with pure PLA.

If it is the Likesilk brand of filament I have used the Creality Hyper PLA setting with no issues printing on my Hi Combo.

Thanks mate I am just now ending the 800 hours maintenance took me almost 4 hours but now is good as new. tomorrow will test it.

Indeed is the HUIZHOU TAIKU TECHNOLOGY CO, LTD, (Likesilk)® brand
