PLA+ Issues

Wife bought me an Ender-3 for XMAS a few years ago. I just got back home to start using it 6-months ago. Recently she got me a new plate, CRTouch and new PLA+ subscriptions from numakers.

I have been playing around with settings, firmware and such. I was able to print before adding the CRTouch but I noticed that before I installed the CRTouch it said Ender-3 Pro on the screen and now it says Ender-3 E.
I use Octoprint to communicate with it via COM4, when I send a print most times I get an error “M112”. If I dont get the error then it starts printing but after about 5mins I hear the print pop off the plate.

All I did was hit AutoHome on the printer!

Hello !
Can you confirm the version of your motherboard and the version of your printer ?
Depending on its version, the firmware may not be the same

I already have 2.0.8.2

Flash it again. You could have a corrupted firmware.
