TLDR: Manual bed leveling perfect. Auto bed leveling causes nozzle to start an 1/8 IN above the bed. Prints always start high.
Hey Guys I recently bought a CR-10 Smart Pro from a friend. I printed multiple things and bought new filament. I had it dialed in and was really happy with it. My Wi-Fi router started messing up and I needed to reset it which prompted me to reset the network on the printer. Ever since then, whenever the z stop is used, it causes the nozzle to be off the bed.
Things I’ve tried
Loosening hot end bolts to see if it would drop. I read somewhere that it can creep up and put the nozzle and z stop out of sync.
I upgraded to 1.0.14 with the firmware file from Creality.
I have not upgraded the screen firmware. (Need to get an 8 gig micro sd)
Any other suggestions will be greatly appreciated!
