I am trying to print an object created in sketch-up and using a K1C printer. It is a block 1/4 inch thick with a 1/8" diameter hole through it. I can see the hole in the preview but the printer completely ignores it. Is this normal?
what slicer are you using? In some slicers you can select to remove all holes.

Glad to see you back @Rick1
One thing you might try is to repair the model with the Creality Print repair tool. Sometimes importing from another program causes issues.
Not sure if you are using .stl or another file format.
To find this menu right-click on the model itself and choose repair.
There is also a tool called “drill” where you can make a hole in the model. I can’t vouch for it’s accuracy though…
I’m using the Creality slicer. I haven’t seen that feature but I’ll look.
