Print bed is wobbly

Is it normal that the print bed can easily be moved (and I do not mean along the Y axis). It is wobbly

Underneath the bed should be a bracket with rollers on it, on side you will see eccentric nuts, adjust these nuts until the bed is tight and wobble free. Do not over-tighten them too much as you will damage the rollers, they should only be tight enough to remove the wobble.
