A friend set up the printer and I have printed about 10 things and all printed well.
Now I have an issue where the printer lays down 2 lines of filament (as before) that I presume is to clear the head before printing, then it moves towards the middle of the bed and as it does the z axis is raised by 0.2mm and so the filament doesn’t stick.
I have tried both the Creality Software and the Cura software, same result, and reset the printer to failsafe settings (which is what it was).
Can any one help me work out how to stop the print head lifting by this 0.2mm, what have I inadvertently tweaked ?
